Shipping & Returns

COVID-19 : Due to the current health situation, delivery delays are to be expected. BREXIT : Since January 1, 2021, due to the exit of the United Kingdom from the European Union, goods coming into the United Kingdom are no longer considered as intra-community deliveries and acquisitions, but as imports and exports. When exporting goods to the UK and following the new VAT collection scheme for flows with a value of less than £135 (€150), the French e-merchant is bound to collect Value-Added Tax (VAT) at the time of purchase and to pay it back to the UK government afterwards. The normal rate (20%) of the English VAT will be applied at the time of the validation of the Customer’s order.

We take great care in preparing your orders. Please allow 48-hour delay for processing, and note that we do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Orders are shipped under the DAP incoterm (Delivered at place), any applicable customs duties, import taxes or local taxes are paid by the Customer are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Terms of returns

You have changed your mind? You notice that one of your products has a defect or that it has been delivered with a damage? Please send us an email to hello@mystiic.com specifying: the number of your order, the returned product(s), the reason for the return with photo(s) and/or video(s) (if defective product) as well as a request for exchange, voucher or refund.

Before making a return request by email, we invite you to verify that you meet the following conditions:
- You have received your order less than 14 days ago.
- Your product is intact, unopened and in its original packaging.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the return costs are at your own expense. We advise you to choose a shipping method with tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claim.

Refunds

Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of your parcel. When your refund is made, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Pre-order

In the case of a pre-order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail when your order is validated. The shipment of the product(s) will be done within the time frame announced on the page of the concerned product(s).
