While we can’t predict or control these charges, we suggest checking your country’s customs regulations before placing an order. For U.S. deliveries, the good news is that goods are often exempt from customs duties.

We take great care in preparing your orders. Each deck is carefully wrapped in tissue paper with a wax seal. The shipping boxes are made of triple-layered cardboard, providing optimal protection against shocks and pressure. They are made from 70% recycled paper and are 100% recyclable. The boxes are then placed in a plastic-coated envelope that makes them waterproof. We also add cushioning materials to enhance protection.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also access your tracking information in the My Account section and track your package by entering the tracking number directly on our website via 17TRACK, a reliable option for international package tracking and supports multiple languages. DHL handles the shipment of packages up to the border, after which they are transferred to your local carrier, who is responsible for the final delivery.

The box and cards are covered with a soft-touch paper, often referred to as peach skin or rose petal texture. While this paper may be sensitive to fingerprints, it is also highly durable and waterproof, allowing for quick and easy cleaning. To remove any marks, simply use a slightly damp cotton cloth (avoid paper towels or fabrics that leave fibers). Your deck will regain its full elegance, even after extensive use!
