We take great care in preparing your orders. All packages are shipped from our offices in Marseille, France. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing, and note that we do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or French holidays.
We primarily ship our packages using DHL services, which incorporate the GoGreen initiative, a program dedicated to reducing CO2 emissions through sustainable logistics practices and carbon offset projects.
Whenever possible, our packaging and stationery are part of an eco-friendly approach, being FSC certified, recycled, and/or recyclable.
🇬🇧 Please note that following Brexit on January 1st, 2021, we no longer ship to the United Kingdom for the moment due to new customs regulations.
Given the current situation (embargo or geopolitical context), the following destinations are not serviced for the shipment of goods: Somalia, Yemen, South Sudan, Syria, North Korea, Russia, Belarus, Crimea, Sevastopol, and Ukraine.

Return Policy
Have you noticed that one of your products has a defect or arrived damaged? Please send us an email at hello@mystiic.com specifying your order number, the product(s) in question, the reason for the return, along with mandatory photos and/or videos. If all conditions are met, you may return the product(s) for an exchange or refund. The refund will be issued for the returned product(s) as well as the original shipping costs, based on the standard shipping rate or the most economical shipping rate available at the time of purchase (except in the case of a partial return), within 14 days of receiving your returned product(s).
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. Before requesting a return via email, please ensure that you meet the following conditions:
- You received your order less than 14 calendar days ago.
- Your product is intact, unopened, and in its original packaging.
We will issue the refund using the same payment method that was used for the initial transaction.
